Tutoring runs Monday, August 4th until Wednesday, May 27th. We will remain open for sessions during occasional student holidays and will only be closed during the following extended holiday breaks:

• Fall Break holiday week (closed Mon. 10/13, Tues. 10/14, & Wed. 10/15)
• Thanksgiving holiday week (closed Mon. 11/24, Tues. 11/25, & Wed. 11/26)
• Christmas holiday: last class day Wed, Dec. 17th, open on Mon., Jan 5th
• Spring Break holiday week (closed Mon. 3/16, Tues. 3/17, & Wed. 3/18)

Tuition will be paid on a monthly basis due by the first tutoring session of each month. Tuition is $195 per month, August through May. We are closed in June and July with no tuition being billed. Tuition will be billed monthly via Quickbooks.

Your monthly tuition payment entitles your child to their dedicated weekly hour long tutoring slot led by a certified Texas educator with no more than four students per group. In addition to the weekly slot, your child is welcome and encouraged to join the Zoom Helpline. led by Mr. Muscarello. Our Zoom Helpline is available for students from 6th grade - Algebra 2 to get help right when they need it. For the 2025-2026 school year, we're open Monday-Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. We're able to help kids with homework, review for quizzes or tests, or explain an unclear concept from class. 

When you select a slot, that seat is yours for the entire school year. If you have a need to permanently switch your slot and an open seat is available, just text and we'll make the switch. The schedule above is kept up to date. Occasional missed lessons can be accommodated with a video link. See the Missed Lessons tab for more information. We rarely lose a student, but if you choose for any reason to discontinue tutoring just let us know. Once you've paid your monthly tuition, that seat is yours for the month. Each year, current students are allowed priority registration until May 15th to select their seats for the following school year. We open our schedule to the public on May 16th each year, offering any remaining seats. 

Please be assured that at Sienna Math your child will always work directly with a state certified teacher at all times. Your child will get personal one-on-one instruction during each and every session. We are committed to operating differently than the other big name tutoring operations: no high school or college students working with our kiddos.
